lying and being in the Village and Town of Sbuthold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of land formerly of _
Louis Kramer, distant 128.29 feet westerly along said line from a
concrete monument at the northeasterly corner of land of said Louis F
Kramer; running thence along said line North 84° 09'.50" West
102.0 feet to land now or formerly of Geneva Barnes and another;
running thence along said land now or formerly of -Geneva Barnes
and another, two courses as follows: (1) North 25° 59' East
238.0 feet to a stake; (2) North 36° 58' 40" East 145 feet to the
ordinaryhigh water mark of Jockey Creek; running thence easterly
along said ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek to a point
which is South 67° 12' East 136.79 feet from last defined point;
running thence along other land now or formerly of Geneva Barnes
and another and passing through a stake near the top of the bank
South 36° 58' 40" West 359.34 feet to the point of beginning, to-
gether with all right, title and interest of Lademann in and to
Jockey Creek opposite to the center line thereof.

BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the premises above de-
scribed and running thence South 84° 09' 50" East.'a distance of
128.29 feet to a monument at the northeasterly corner of land„
formerly of Louis Kramer; running thence South 86° 26' East a dis-
tance of 13.86 feet to a point; thence running North 260 27' 30"
West to a point at the end of aline which is parallel with the
last course above described; running thence westerly on aline
parallel and distant 12 flet from the first two courses mentioned
to the easterly line of land first described herein;'running thence
South 36° 58' 40" West to the point or place of�beginning.
