Michael has requested that a hydrographical survey created by a NYS licensed professional be submitted; the distance between the applicants property and the property across the creek be depicted to show that the proposed docking facility does not exceed the Town's 1/3 width rule;the existing water channel located along the property;the neighboring properties docks be depicted on a plan to show both neighboring existing and proposed docks;the proposed vessel size (full length & beam)that will be kept at the dock; and the proposed docking facility must be somehow staked out at the landward end and the most seaward end to show the proposed.
