BEGINNING at a monument, said monument being 395.95 feet north of a point which is 281.09
feet east of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2"; said monument also being distant the following two (2) courses and distances
northerly and northwesterly from a monument located on the northerly side of Top of the World
Drive where the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Amelia M. Gary intersects with the
southeasterly corner of premises about to be described;
1. North 20 degrees 46 minutes 15 seconds East, 220.82 feet;
2. North 05 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds West, 41.63 feet to the true point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, along land now or formerly of Amelia M. Gary,
