Resolution No. 248-2015, Resolution No. 106-2017 and the Town of
Southold Resolution No. 2016-791, all on file with the Clerk of
the Suffolk County Legislature.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated February 28, 2005 and
recorded June 19, 2006, in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk in Liber 12455, page 647.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;

the party of the first part has in and to any strips and gores
