THIS INDENTURE, made the 25th day of June 2018 BETWEEN
CHARLES C. HARGRAVE, as Trustee of the Hargrave Family Trust, residing at 31520 Main Road,

party of the first part,
HEATHER CUSACK, residing at 150 Mason Drive, Cutchogue, NY 11935
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE
THOUSAND ($365,000.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part forever,
SEE SCHEDULE 'A' ANNEXED HERETO
Being and intended to be the same premises as described in deed made by Linda Hamann and recorded
April 17, 2018 in Liber 12958 Page 78.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement,
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 3 on a certain map entitled"Minor Subdivision of Michael Kaloski
Plat"and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 25, 2008 as Map No. 11612, said lot being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Alvah's Lane distant Northerly 2,197 feet, more or less,from the intersection
of the Northerly side of Main Road NYS Route 25 and the Easterly side of Alvah's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 47 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West, along the Easterly side of Alvah's Lane, 200.00 feet
to the division line of Lot 2 and 3;
THENCE along the division line of Lot 2 and 3 the following two(2) courses:
1. North 42 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds east 200.00 feet;
2. South 47 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds east 200.00 feet to the division fine of Lot 1 and 3;
THENCE, along said division line, South 42 degrees-51 minutes 20 seconds West, 200.00 feet to the Easterly side of
Alvah's Lane and the point or place of BEGINNING.
