BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Depot Lane the following 206.65 feet from the corner formed by the
intersection of the Northwesterly side of School House Lane with the Southwesterly side of Depot Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the lands now or formerly of Grattan Family 2014 Irrevocable Trust the following three courses:
