After investigation and inspection the Board finds that applicant
requests permission to renew farm labor camp permit for labor camp
on south side of Main Road, Orient, New York. The Board finds
that the labor camp is in good condition and agrees with the
reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not
be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the
Ordinance will be observed.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Lloyd Terry, Main Road, Orient,
New York be GRANTED permission to renew farm labor camp permit
for labor camp located on the south side of Main Road, Orient,
New York, as applied for, subject to all Board of Health and
other legal requirements.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispie, Bergen, Grigonis.
