A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Second Floor Conference Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday, August 16, 2018 commencing at 5:00 P.M. Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson Eric Dantes, Member Nick Planamento, Member Patricia Acampora, Member Robert Lehnert, Member William Duffy, Town Attorney Kim Fuentes, Zoning Board Assistant Call to Order at 5:00 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman. 5:09 p.m. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to enter into Executive Session for Attorney/Client advice. Case Law Update Page 2—Minutes Special Meetmg held August 16, 2018 Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals 6:34 p.m. Motion was offered by Member Weisman, seconded by Member Acampora to exit Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). WORK SESSION: a) Requests from Board Members for future agenda items. b) Training to be scheduled: SCHD—Advanced Septic System; Planning Dept. —SEQR; SC Soil & Water Conservation District—CEHA, Protection of Fisher Island Sound and Long Island Sound, Banks & Bluff. POSSIBLE RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARINGS: PATRICIA C. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). RESOLUTIONS: A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to authorize advertising of hearings for Regular Meeting to be held on September 6, 2018 which Regular Meeting will commence at 8:30 A.M., Town Meeting Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Dantes, Acampora, Planamento and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to approve minutes from August 2, 2018, Regular Meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Dantes, Acampora, Planamento and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0).
