After investigation and inspection the Board finds
that applicant requests permission to divide property with
insufficient width and area located on Landing Road,
Northwest Loop, Cutchogue, New York. The findings of the
Board are that this division will not change the character
of the area. The Board finds that the request is reasonable
and agrees with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property
and in the same use district; and the variance will not
change the character of the neighborhood, and will observe
the spirit of the Ordinance.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED, Arthur W. Slattery, Landing Road,
Cutchogue, New York, be GRANTED permission to divide property
with insufficient width and area located on Landing Road, North-
west Loop, Cutch0gue, as applied for.
