Location of property: north side of Main Road, Laurel, bounded north by School District #9 line; east by Cecil T. Young; south by Main Road; west by School District #ll property and Aldrich Lane. Fee paid $15.00. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE (would not) and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. The findings of the Board are that there will be two persons occupying the trailer on subject premises and that these two men have been working on the farm for many years; that sanitary facilities are maintained in the trailer. The Board agrees with the reasoning of the applicant. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoinin~ use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinanoe will be observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Edmond Bokina, 4505 Main Road, Laurel, New York, be GRANTED permission to operate farm labor camp on premises located on the north side of Main Road, Laurel, subject to the following conditions: Subject to permission of the Town Board for a trailer permit provided that the trailer is located 1,000 fset from school property and more than 1,000 feet from the road, north of the potato storage building on property of Aldrich Lane Realty. 2. That there shall be no more than two occupants in the trailer. 3. That the trailer shall be occupied during the period of June 1 to November 1, only. 4.
