Dear Mr. & Mrs. Cusumano:
In response to your letter received on June 26, 2018, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to remove the tree which is infested with carpenter ants located at your
residence on your above noted property, and as previously seen by Trustee A. Nicholas
Krupski.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski
I am writing to request a permit to remove a tree from my property because the
exterminator has indicated it is coursing a carpenter ant infestation in my home.
I would also like to ask for a permit to square off the deck, which was built to
accommodate the tree in 1989.
1 have attached a plot survey of the property indicating the tree location.
