BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Southold as follows: § 280-20 Purpose. The purpose of the Hamlet Density (HD) Residential District is to permit a mix of housing types and level of residential density appropriate to the areas in and around the major hamlet centers, particularly Mattituck, Cutchogue, Southold, Orient and the Village of Greenport § 280-21 Applicability.
