With regard to your letter dated July 12, 2018 requesting to trim several trees that
are on your property which are within 100 feet of the water, the Board of Trustees
determined that the trees may be trimmed.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Board of Trustees,
As we contacted our tree trimmer for our annual tree trimming he advised us that
we needed to seek permission before trimming any trees within 100 feet of the
water. The enclosed pictures are the trees affected. We would appreciate
permission to do so. Feel free to come on our property to inspect the trees.
