having its principal place of business at P.O. Box 38, 4060 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, County of

The Grantor, in consideration of other good and valuable consideration and TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant and
convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever:
The perpetual and exclusive right to install, operate, maintain, repair and remove a water
main or mains, both supply and distribution, and appurtenances, including domestic services, fire
hydrants and utility lines on, in and/or over the property described in Schedule A attached and
made a part hereof(hereinafter the Property).
TOGETHER with the right of normal vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress and
equipment and machinery use on, in and/or over the Property necessary to install, operate,
maintain and repair such structures and/or.appurtenances and ancillary facilities installed under
the rights granted by this Easement,
TOGETHER with the right to use Property for such purposes; together with such similar
rights and easements as the Grantor can grant in and to the Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the rights and easements herein granted unto the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, forever.
ALL mains and appurtenances laid or to be laid by the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, shall be and remain personal property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever.
AND said Grantor covenants as follows:

FIRST: As to a covenant to run with the land; not to constructor install;without i

FIFTH: That the Grantor will execute or procure any further necessary assurances
of the title to said rights and easements; and

Doroski Easement
Northerly 12 112 feet of a 25` ROW over Monsell Lane adjoining Lots 16 to 19
inclusive. Property known as 830 Mansell Lane
All that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue in the
Town of Southold , County of Suffolk, State of New York, being bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at a monument said monument marking the southeasterly corner of Lot
15 and Lot 16 as shown on a certain Filed map entitled "Map of Norwold" said map filed
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County March 13, 1939 as Map number 1275.
Running thence along Lots 16,17,18,and 19 to a monument marking the
intersection of Lots 19 and 20 along a curve to the northeast having a radius of 738.87
feet a distance of 179.55 feet and being subtended by a chord which bears North
29°53`30" East; thence South 56°01'40" East, a distance of 12.52 feet to a point on the
centerline of a private road known as Monsell Lane; Thence along the centerline of
Monsell Lane southwesterly along a curve, having a radius of 727.37 feet a distance of
176.85' and being subtended by a chord which bears South 29053130" West to a point;
thence North 70°27'30" West, a distance of 12.52 feet to the monument at the Point of
Beginning.
