SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being further described as Lot 13 on a certain map entitled,
"Paradise by the Bay" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on November 4, 1976 as Map No. 6463 prepared by Young &
Young Surveyors, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of- Kimberly Lane, distant
304 . 53 feet southerly from the most easterly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the southerly side of Roxanne Road and the westerly side of
Kimberly Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Kimberly Lane the following
two (2) courses and distances:
(1) South 18 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East, 132. 68 feet;
(2) Along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of
25 feet, a distance of 21.68 feet;
THENCE South 84 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West, 317.09 feet to the
easterly side of North Bayview Road;
THENCE along the easterly side of North Bayview Road North 05 degrees
37 minutes 20 seconds West, 150.00 feet;
THENCE North 84 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East 292.56 feet to the
westerly side of Kimberly Lane, at the point or place of BEGINNING.

nonexclusive easement, in common with others, for the purposes of
using the "Park and Recreation Area" shown on the above mentioned
subdivision snap and more specifically set forth in Declaration of
