right-of-way extends along the entire extreme Northerly boundary of said land now or formerly
of Gabor Galgo,LLC in an Easterly-Westerly direction to a Private Road,or way. Said
right-of-way having a width of twenty five (25) feet. Grantee's use of the said right-of-way is to
the exclusion Grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns or any other party. Said right-of-way
