Good and valuable consideration being extant, the receipt and sufficiency of which the
Dominant Tenement Holder hereby acknowledges,the Dominant Tenement Holder, on behalf of
itself, its heirs, successors and assigns,hereby relinquishes all of its rights arising from the
Easement,the intention being to forever and irrevocably extinguish the Easement.
The County Recorder is hereby instructed to index this Deed Extinguishment in the
