following four(4) courses and distances from the point of intersection of the easterly line of
Oaklawn Avenue to the northerly line of Pine Neck Road;

Easement Description
An exclusive, perpetual, transferable right-of-way for passage on foot and with vehicles and for
storage and ancillary purposes over and on the premises of Gabor Galgo, LLC next adjoining on
the South,which right-of-way extends along the entire extreme Northerly boundary of said land
of Gabor Galgo, LLC in an Easterly-Westerly direction to a Private Road, or way. Said
exclusive right-of-way having a width of twenty five (25) feet. Grantee's use of the said
exclusive right-of-way is to the exclusion Grantor, its heirs, successors and assigns or any other
party. Grantee may transfer, convey or assign the said right-of-way to a third party in its sole
discretion.
