WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed recorded in Liber 11681
page 591 on 6/17/94 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will

Amy Sarena Orr Woodin and Abigail Ana Taubin, as Trustees of the
Taubin Family Agreement of Trust dated February 29, 1994
at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly our southeasterly side of
Terry Lane (which point is south 21 degrees 32' 00" west, 400.0 feet from a point marked
by a monument at the westerly corner of land now or formerly of Edward LaFreniere) said
point of beginning being the westerly corner of the premises herein described; running
thence along said easterly or southeasterly side of Terry Lane, north 21 degrees 32' 00" east,
100.0 feet to land now or formerly of Tramposch; thence along said land of Tramposch,
south 54 degrees 29' 20" east, 290 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Town
Harbor; thence in a southwesterly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Town
Harbor on a tie Line south 21 degrees 32' 00" west, 100 feet, to land now or formerly of
Barth; thence along said land of Barth, north 54 degrees 29' 20" est, 290 feet, more or less,
to the easterly or southeasterly side of Terry Lane, at the point or place of beginning.
Said premises for the purpose of identification only, being shown and designated as Lot No.
4 on a certain map entitled, "Proposed Minor Subdivision of land of 011ie M. Overton,
amended July 7, 1972, and approved as a minor subdivision by Southold Town Planning
Board on July 15, 1972.
Being the same premises which Sara Taubin, widow, by Deed dated June 17, 1994, and
recorded in Liber 11681 cp 591 on June 17, 1994, granted and conveyed unto Amy Sarena
Orr Woodin and Abigail Ana Taubin, as Trustees of the Taubin Family Agreement of Trust
dated February 29, 1994. And the said Agreement of Trust was terminated by Family
Settlement Agreement dated February 8, 2012.
Conveyance is a gratuitous transfer from a parent's trust for her children and one of her
daughters which is exempt from Real Estate Transfer Tax.
