ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 5 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of
Long Pond Estates, Section One, situate at Southold,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk, State of New York", and filed
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 27, 1985 as Map Number 8037 being bonded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Westerly side of Long Creek Drive, distant 165.80 feet North as measured along the
Westerly side of Long Geek Drive from the extreme Northerly point of the arc of a curve that connects the Westerly side
of Long Creek Drive and the Northerly side of Long Creek Drive, said arc of a curve has a radius of 25.00 feet and a
length of 36.85 feet, said point of beginning also being at the division line of Lot 5 and Lot 6 as shown on said
aforementioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 57 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds West 149.24 feet to the high water
mark of Arshamomaque Pond;
THENCE along four tie lines the following four courses and distances:
1. North 10 degrees 48 minutes 34 seconds East 50.01 feet;
2. North 14 degrees 33 minutes 17 seconds West 144.60 feet;
3. Along a tie course of North 34 degrees 49 minutes 13 seconds East 103.17 feet;
4.North 85 degrees 13 minutes 47 seconds East 62.68 feet to the division line between Lot 5 and Lot 4;
THENCE along said division line South 14 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East 269.75 feet to the Westerly side of Long
Creek Drive;
THENCE Southerly along the Westerly side of Long Creek Drive, and along an arc of a curve with the radius of 110.00
feet a distance of 107.71 feet to the point or place of BEGDNN1NG.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the premises which
by law constitute real property.
