as executor of the last will and testament of JEAN NEWBOLD DILLER a/k/a JEAN NEWBOLD
ANDREWS, late of Suffolk County, who died on the July 19, 2016, party of the first part, and
ROBERT PISCIONERI and EITHNE PISCIONERI, his wife, residing at 248-57 88tt, Road, Bellerose,
NY 11426, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by
the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on and by virtue of the power and authority given in
and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in
consideration of Eighty Four Thousand and no/00 ($84,000.00) Dollars paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly edge of Soundview Avenue a distance of 790 feet,
more or less, from the intersection of Soundview Avenue and Middle Road (County Road
48);
THENCE (i) South 74 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 56.16 feet;
