to as"Grantor"),and JILL TAPPER having and address at 3755 Delmar Drive,Laurel,New York

Grantor, by Deed from Ann E. DeLuise and Gloria John
Adcox, as Executors of the Last Will and Testament dated
12/9/2006 of Nicholas J.DeLuise who died 1/27/2008, dated
December 16,2008 and recorded December 23,2009,in Liber
12610, Page 635,in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk,State of New York.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs,
executors,administrators, legal representatives,successors and assigns of Grantee forever.

Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as set forth herein.
Grantor,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that Grantor will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
