Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as Lot 414 on a map
entitled, "Map of Section D., Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situate on Nassau Point,
Suffolk County, New York", surveyed by Otto Van Tuyle, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport,
