testament and said trust agreement,without consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant
and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever, undivided one-third interests in their respective undivided one-half interests in
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying

11658 page 234,and(ii)an undivided one-third interest in the undivided one-half interest in the same premises
in which such undivided one-half interest was acquired by the said Patricia McCarthy Family Trust by deed dated
November 27,2007 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 15,2008 in Liber 12537
page 411.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to,,ahy�streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also
all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises;and also the estate
therein,which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of,whether.individually,or by virtue
