and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
May 17, 1933 as Map No. 1124, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bay Shore Road
distant 714.21 feet northwesterly from the extreme westerly end of
an arc of a curve connecting the westerly side of August Lane and
the southwesterly side of Bay Shore Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 45 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds West, 125.00
feet;
