ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southeasterly corner of the premises to be described, distant the
following three (3) courses and distances from the intersection of the Westerly line of land now
or formerly of Terry Mulford House, Inc. and the Northerly Iine of Old Main Road, to wit:
1) South 15 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds East, 850.64 feet;
2) Along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 20.00 feet, a length of 33.09
feet;

RUNNING THENCE North 18 degrees 38 minutes 06 seconds West, 1242.30 feet to the high

RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, North 15 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds
West, 845.74 feet to the Southerly line of proposed 60 foot Right of Way and other land of

RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East along the Southerly line of
said proposed 60 foot Right of Way, 71.92 feet to a point in the Southerly line of said proposed .
