Codish, Salmon Occupied: Owner Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of this one story framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by Mr. Salmon and began inspection at approximately 12:50 P.M. Prior to construction of addition under Building Permit #7764Z dated 3/24/75 the original building consisted of a kitchen, utility room, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired forced warm air furnace located in cellar. Building is constructed on a cement block foundation which includes a two car garage. I found no violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, New York. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in DUPLICATE to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2. SALMON, being duly sworn, deposes and says: 1. That he resides at West Cove Road, Nassau Point, Cutchogue, N.Y., and is acting for his wife, &SX&XHS RAJEAN C. SALMON, in connection with the Building Pmit and Application for a Certificate of Occupancy for Lot 280, Map of Hassau Point Properties, Nassau Point, Cutchogue. 2, Deponent purchased the within premises in July of 1950. The existing main dwelling and the small cottage presently on the premises were erected and in existance on the premises at the time of purchase. ELIZABETH SALMON thereafter conveyed the premises to deponent in December of 1960; I conveyed the premises to Rajean C. Salmon in February of 1963. I have occupied the pr»mises since 1950 4. I am advised by Van Tuyl & Son, Surveyors, that they have no actual survey showing the location of the buildings on the property, although they have surveys of Lots 279 & 1/2 Lot 278 which show the approximate location of the main dwelling in 1952, ///?
