That he acquired title to this parcel by deed dated April 2, 1958 and which was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 9, 1958 in Liber 4458 Page 464 and as Specific Devisee under the Last Will and Testamen of Sophie Rysko, deceased. That on December 30, 1986 he sold the premises to Ralph Pugliese and Patricia Pugliese and John Calabrese and Joanne Calabrese. The premises was previously owne by his parents, Antoni Gryszko and Sophie Gryszko since 1926 and has been in the family since that time. +mO Located on the property is a ire -story frame dwelling in good condition and a potato storage barn, shed, milk house and chicken coop which are also in good condition.
