I have owned the above premises since April 11th, 1959 and during that period the use has been as a one family dwelling. To the best of my knowledge the building was erected by William H. Holden in 1904. In 1939 it was sold by Ida R. Holden to my mother and father Sue G. and John R. Nagle. From 1904 to 1959 it was used as a one family dwelling. 3.
