Upon request of Gary F. Olsen, Attorney, Mattituck, for
a Pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection
of the buildings on this property. Accompanied by Dr. Rosenfeld,
I began this inspection at approximately 2:05 P.M.
The dwelling is a one -and -one-half story, framed building
with brick veneer siding. First floor consists of side entry
vestibule, two living rooms with fireplaces, dining room, kitchen,
dental office with half bathroom and waiting room. Second floor
consists of four bedrooms and a full bathroom. Heat is furnished
to all rooms from an oil -fired, steam heat furnace located in the
cellar of building's cement block foundation. There are two ac-
cessory buildings in rear yard; a two -car garage, cement block
construction, and a wood -framed barn used as a studio and work
shop.
The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, New York, were found:
Entrances - kitchen and waiting room, no means of
controlling light in rooms on entry, Article V,
Section 52-56 B (2).
Buildings and grounds in good order. Inspection completed
at approximately 2:25 P.M.
