Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities: Special Event Application form and Instructions On July 3, 2018, the 'Town Board voted to approve proposed changes to Chapter 205 Public Entertainment and Special Events that transfer jurisdiction for events in which the anticipated number attending is less than 1,000 people, from the Office of the ZBA and the ZBA Chairperson to the Office of the Town Clerk and the Town.Board. Suse uently, I revised the ZITA, application form and instructions and our checklist of required submission items to reflect those changes, and created an outline of procedures to be followed. On July 23, 2018, 1 met with staff from the Town Clerks Office, the Town Attorney, staff from the ZBA Office, and the Government Liaison, to discuss the transition process. Government Liaison Noncarrow and I have set up the first Special Events Committee Meeting for August 3, 2018 III.
