NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Suffolk County Legislature will hold a public
hearing on Introductory Resolution No. 1473-2015, which would authorize the inclusion
of 16.8 acres, SCTM Nos. 1000-074.00-04.00-004.001, 1000-074.00-04.00-004.002,
1000-074.00-04.00-004.003, 1000-074.00-04.00-004.004, 1000-074.00-04.00-004.005,
1000-074.00-04.00-004.006, and 1000-074.00-04.00-004.009 for inclusion into an
existing Agricultural District in the Town of Southold, as recommended by the Suffolk
County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the County Legislature will hold the public
hearing in the Maxine S. Postal Auditorium of the Suffolk County Legislature, in the
Riverhead County Center, Riverhead, New York, on the 16th day of June, 2015, at 6:30
P.M
It is requested that speakers prepare a written statement to submit for the record
