Based on the pre-lot development 10 foot contour shown on the survey last revised August 4,2016 by Nathan Taft
Corwin M,Land Surveyor,the area landward of the pre-lot development 10' contour is beyond NYSDEC Tidal Wetland
jurisdiction. The pre-lot development 10 foot contour is interpreted off of a survey dated September 4, 1993 (pre-lot
development),prepared by Samuels&Steelman,Architects.
Therefore,in accordance with the current Article 25 Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations(6 NYCRR Part 661),
no permit is required under the Tidal Wetlands Act for any construction landward of the pre-lot development 10.
