Please ask Mr. Hocker to not conduct construction outside the specifications of the stamped approved plans of the Permits until the Board has had the opportunity to address your request. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, John Bredemeyer From: pcmoore@mooreattys.com [pcmoore@mooreattys.com] Sent: Friday, October 05, 2018 9:55 AM To: Bredemeyer,John; Cantrell, Elizabeth; DiSalvo, Diane Cc:Taki Vasilakis Subject:Vasilakis bulkhead and stairs on Soundview Ave Good Morning John: My clients are in the process of completing the Permit work of the bulkhead and beach stairs. John Hocker is ready to install the piles for the beach stairs and landing but he has recommended that the proposed 4'x 6' landing be reconfigured as a 6'x 4' landing (same size and location but different direction) in order to maintain the proposed pitch of the stairs. The pitch is for safety to owners &guests when the stairs are used and there is no environmental impact by this change. Post construction I will submit an "amendment"to the plans to assure that the permit and drawings conform. However, it would be very disruptive to the owners and contractor to have the amendment completed BEFORE re- positioning the landing. The work is scheduled to be done imminently. My clients do not want to have a misunderstanding with the Trustees or a violation, they in good faith ask You and the Board to allow this adjustment to the plans during the construction. Both John and I have made similar requests during construction when unforeseen site conditions make the drawn plan impractical. Pat 1 PATRICIA C.
