June 30, 2018
Minutes of June 25, 2018 meeting
Meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm by John Slattery
Present were: Bill Ryan, , John Slattery, Joseph Conway, James Abbott, Kevin
Foote
Also attending: Jim Dinizio.
Resident observer-Anne Murray
Absent was: George Lessler
No minutes to review (May meeting lacked quorum)
Review of Slattery meeting with Town Board
o Process for Police Commissioners
o Accreditation
Old Business:
o Jim Dinizio requested, on behalf of the Town Board, that we study and
report on the costs of accreditation. Such information will be used as the
new budget is constructed. These cost include:
One time costs
Hidden costs
Ongoing costs
o After discussion the PAC decided to form a sub-committee to
identify/quantify these costs and report on them in a mid-August meeting
with the Town Board. The sub-committee is composed of Kevin Foote
and Jim Abbott
o The sub-committee will meet with Chief Flatley, in early July for the
purpose of flushing out these costs

o No new business discussed

o Monday July30, 2018 at 4:30 PM
