That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Resubdivision; 2. That the properties which are the subject of the application are located adjacent to your property and are described as follows: SCTM#1000-56.-4-24 & 22 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the MII Zoning Districts; 4. This re-subdivision proposes to transfer 0.46 acres, from SCTM#1000-56.-4-24 to SCTM#1000-56.4-22. Lot 24 will decrease from 27.84 acres to 27.38 acres and Lot 22 will increase from 1.06 acres to 1.53 acres in the MII Zoning District, Southold. See ZBA file 7166 for the-area variance to provide relief of the non-conforming lot size; 5. That the files pertaining to this application are open for your information during normal business days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in-the Planning Department located in the Town Hall Annex on the corner of Youngs Ave. & NYS Rte. 25, Southold (2nd FI., Former Capital One Bank).
