ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot# 8 on a certain map entitled "Map of the Woods at
Cutchogue" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 3/23/1989
as Map No. 8717, said lot bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Evergreen Drive distant the
following three (3) courses and distances from a point at the southeasterly most
end of a curve connecting the northwesterly side of Evergreen Drive with the
southeasterly side of Vineyard Drive:
1. South 37 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East, 204.10 feet;
2. Along a curve bearing left, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance of 21.03
feet;
3. Along a curve bearing right, having a radius of 50.00 feet, a distance of
136.99 feet to the point or place of beginning, said point of beginning also being
where the division line between Lot 8 and Lot 7 intersects the southerly side of
Evergreen Drive;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the division line between
Lot 8 and Lot 7, South 18 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East, 281.68 feet to a
point,
THENCE along land now or formerly of Nocro Ltd., the following two (2) courses
and distances:
1. South 41 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds West, 125.00 feet;
2. North 35 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West, 221.47 feet to a point;

courses and distances:

southwesterly side of Evergreen Drive;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of Evergreen Drive, southeasterly along a
curve bearing left, having a radius of 50.00 feet, a distance of 62.14 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
