successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly side of Beebe Drive with the northerly side of Antler Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 86 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly side of Antler Lane 340.00 feet
to the mean high-water mark of the Canal;
THENCE North 40 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East along the mean high water mark of the Canal 194.66 feet to the
