situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southwesterly line of a 50 foot private road known as, "Cedar Point
Drive East"as shown on "Subdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
as Map No.90, being the Northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the Northeasterly
corner of the premises heretofore conveyed by William H. Kelynack to Robert E.White and wife by deed
