WITNESSETH,that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the first part, by The Surrogate's
Court of Suffolk County, New York an July 31, 2017 and by virtue of the power and authority given by Article 11 of
the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law and in consideration of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND

of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 123 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 5", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 31,
1968 as Map No. 5234,being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Green Hill Lane distant 150.00 feet Northerly from the corner formed by
the intersection of the Westerly side of Green Hill Lane and the Northerly side of Homestead Way;
RUNNING THENCE South 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West 130.00 feet;
THENCE North 20 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West 150.00 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East 130.00 feet to the Westerly side of Green Hill Lane;
