Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Plot#30, on Map of
Section One, Orient-By-The-Sea, at Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, by Otto
W. Van Tuyl and Sons, License Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, filed in the Office of the

more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the dividing line between Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 31 on the southerly side
