of the Fishers Island Trust under agreement dated May 18, 1984,dated May 31, 1984, recorded
June 13, 1984 in Liber 9579 page 382,Deed made by Jansen Noyes dated November 26, 1985
recorded February 7, 1986 in Liber 9975 page 271, and Deed made by Anne M. Pickett,
individually and as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth J,Pickett,dated September
12, 1990, recorded October 30, 1990 in Liber 11162 page 434, in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office,the Grantor herein being the same described as the Grantee in said Deeds.
TAX MAP TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any
DESIGNATION streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said

Suffolk, State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the centerline of a 20 foot right of way, said iron pipe being 3330.74 feet South of a point
which is 3057.11 feet West of a monument marking'the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation"NIN",
RUNNING THENCE the following three courses and distances:
1. South 71 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East 280.55 feet;
2. South 71 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East 97.00 feet
3. South 50 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 100.70 feet to land now or formerly of Rivers;
Thence along said land the following two courses and distances:
I. South 46 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West 290.06 feet;
2. South 40 degrees 40 minutes 11 seconds East 359.26 feet to the shore of Block Island Sound;
Thence along the shore of Block Island Sound the following four courses and distances:
