I made a visit to the above referenced property on April 18, 2018 to review the installation of a
new window in the kitchen. Attached is a sketch of the work performed for the installation of the
new window
Based on my observations and to the best of my knowledge, the window installation is acceptable
and was installed in accordance with the 2015 International Residential Code and the 2017 Code
Supplement of NY.
