We, the undersigned, do (severally) depose and swear that, to the best of our
knowledge and belief, the foregoing final assessment roll conforms in all respects to the
tentative assessment roll with the exception of changes made by the Board of Assessment
Review and assessments made by the State Board of Equalization and Assessment.
The numerical designations used to describe parcels of property within this
assessment roll are a reference to the Suffolk County Tax Map Identifier assigned to each
parcel so described on the Suffolk County Tax Map. The Suffolk County Tax Map
Identifier consists of the Suffolk County District number, Section number, Block number,
and Lot number listed in such sequence and which has been assigned to each parcel so
described.
