Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 Dear Mr. Verity: Re: Re: JEMCAP-75500 Route 25, Greenport-BP#42171 I visited the residence located at 75500 Route 25 in Greenport. I found the interior structural alterations which included new and enlarged wall openings on the first floor and the interior stair to the cellar to be structurally sound. I also inspected the new plumbing for the kitchen, the 1st and 2nd floor bathrooms, and the laundry room to be free of leaks and operational. All of the plumbing fixtures in these rooms are piped with PEX piping kwith no solder joints, thus a Solder Certificate is not required. Based on my observations and to the best of my knowledge the structural and plumbing modifications are in accordance with the International Residential Building Code.
