lowing: 1. That the Southold Trustees Permit must be prominently
displayed on the premises effected thereby during the period of

those premises at Fleet's Neck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk anm

the lease but may De removed Dy her within sixty (60) mays after notice of
lintention to terminate the lease has peen given Dy tne LANDLORD or after
ilease has been terminated Dy its termination, whichever first shall occur.
EIGHTH: TENANT reDresents that she is the owner of the dock and walk

approvals of all Municipa' or Governmental Agencies having jurisdiction; and
the TENANT fur.ther agrees to hold haPmless the LANDLORD, their heirs and
assigns from any liability whatsoever with regard the installation ano use

NINTH: Should ~ne TENANT fail to pay said rent or any Dar=~ thereof when
it becomes due er violat.e,s any of the covenants and conditions herein contained
it is agreed tha~ the LANDLORD may sue for the rent or re-enter the oremises
or resort to any legal remedy.
