The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at their
~egutar meeting of March 25, 1993:
esotved that the Southold Town Board of Trustees approved the
equest to relocate wood platform back to original location, and
eplace beach/gravel between revetment and meandering masonry
~atls, do to storm damage. Located end of Bay Home Road,
Southold.

Dear Sirs:
Enclosed are photographs and a survey of the forementioned property. We are
applying for a storm damage permit from the Trustees, During the last major storm the
existing wood platform was washed down the beach and the beach gCavel/sand was
washed away landward from the existing revetment, The owner would like to relocate
the wood platform back to its orig~ hal location and replace the beach gravel/sand
between the revetment and the meandering masonry walls. We have a non-jurisdiction
letter from the DEC for future work on the site. If you have any questions concerning the
