Dear Mrs. Searl:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, December 20, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a waiver
to move an existing summer cottage from Lot Number 33 to Lot
Number 32.3.
Please note that a waiver fee of $35.00 is due to this office.

Dear Ms. Searl:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on February 22, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve your request for a waiver to
construct a single family dwelling on property located off New
Suffolk Road, New Suffolk, NY., in accordance with revised map
(dated 1/31/90/) with correct tax map number.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
I write you in application for a permit to move an existing
s~m~er cottage from its present location to a new proposed
location on Peconic Bay in New Suffolk. One copy of a plot
su~rvey is enclosed.
I am acting on behalf of my father, John Wickham, who, with
others, owns the poperty to which the cottage will be moved,
Dist. 1000, Sect. llO, Block 8, Pcl. S2,S on the Suffolk County
Tax Map. My husband, Stanford Searl, and I own the adjacent
property on which the cottage presently stands.
Application for permits to relocate the cottage have been
submitted simultaneously to the New York State Dpeartment of
Environmental Conservation and the Suffolk County Department of
Health Services.
