One copy of a plot su~rvey is enclosed. I am acting on behalf of my father, John Wickham, who, with others, owns the poperty to which the cottage will be moved, Dist. 1000, Sect. llO, Block 8, Pcl. S2,S on the Suffolk County Tax Map. My husband, Stanford Searl, and I own the adjacent property on which the cottage presently stands. Application for permits to relocate the cottage have been submitted simultaneously to the New York State Dpeartment of Environmental Conservation and the Suffolk County Department of Health Services.
