Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959-0447 Re: ROBERT SEARLE SCTM 97-2-$ Dear Mr. Just, The following action was taken by the Board of Tow~ Trustees during its regular meeting held on July 21, 1994 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of ROBERT SEARLE applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, revised application dated February 16, 1994, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on July 21, 1994 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WR~EAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, W~EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning thisapplication, and, WA~EREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will no~ affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW T~EREFORE BE IT, RESOLYED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of ROBERT SEARLE to construct a single family dwelling, second story decking, sanitary system, gravel driveway, regrade and remove from site approx. 900 c.y. of material-in order to excavate fo~ foundationand driveway, home heating oil tank to be located in basement ~sealed) and tank shall meet or exceed all requirements of the :SCHD, install and~maintain a continuous line of staked haY bales on top of erosion control bank.
