After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to have swimming pool in side
yard, Lots 27 and 28, Bayside Terrace, Southold. The Board
agrees with the reasoning of the applicant. The facts stated
by the applicant are essentially correct.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship;
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and
in the same use district; and the variance will not change the
character of the neighborhood, and will observe the spirit of
the Ordinance.

Southold, New York, be GRANTED permission to have swimming pool

1. STR ET APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-

in the' actual rear yard~ and we ha-~e a few small trees started in this
Area. We were ~n£ormed by the swir~zm..ing pool people that no :oermi'c
was required and we could put the pool an.~whwer on o~ lot.

so we do not have much rear yard. The cessoool system takes up
